  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases.

  • Products & Services: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but availability and pricing are subject to change at any time. All custom products will be fulfilled within 14 business days from the date of purchase. This timeline ensures compliance with our payment partners and provides customers with clear expectations. In some circumstances, unforeseen factors may affect fulfilment timelines. These factors can include but are not limited to: (1) delays in receiving specialty materials from vendors or suppliers, (2) temporary supply chain disruptions, and (3) seasonal order volume surges or unexpected production limitations. If such a situation arises we will (1) promptly notify you of the anticipated delay, (2) provide an updated estimated fulfillment date, and (3) offer alternative options if applicable, which may include adjusting your order, providing store credit, or issuing a refund. Our priority is to ensure you receive your custom order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship of our products. 

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not permissible for use  for purchases with any form of payment or payment partners (including Klarna). 

 

  • Payments: All payments must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and designs on this site are the property of Savoir Luxe Society LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the site or purchased products.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
