Cancellation policy

• Physical Products: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as we begin processing immediately.

• Memberships/Subscriptions: Customers may cancel memberships at any time; however, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current cycle.

• Consultation Services: Once a consultation is booked and paid for, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Rescheduling may be available with 24 hours’ notice.
