• Processing Times: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Custom Products: Custom products will be fulfilled within 14 business days.                       

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping at times.

• Delivery: Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

• International Shipping: Duties and taxes (tariffs) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
